Hello Rebekah! I’m a novice with bible journaling and am trying out some new techniques that I have seen in your videos. I’m going to be trying out some watercolor pencils on my next project with the clear gesso. I’m so nervous to do this with such thin bible pages, but I’m going to trust you. 🙂 I’m so glad you took the time for a nice holiday! I will be doing the same next month. Thank you for your videos! You are an inspiration!!

I leave for the beach in a week. I will be taking a bible journaling bag and an art journaling bag. I am limiting my items to what will fit in the bags also. I am taking waterbrushes but also a collapsible water cup. I think it will help me think outside the box with fewer supplies.

Do you live in the uk? I saw many items in grout pencil case that are harder to get in the uk ( like the Pentel touch and prismacolor items. Also the clean brush pens. Do you have a specific place you buy your supplies from?

I was sooooooo disappointed with the micron pens. I bought them and I used them on one bible page and then they stopped working.

Hi Rebekah. It’s wonderful that you had such a lovely time on holiday. The beaches there are so different than the beaches at the New Jersey shore., which is one of my favorite places to go. I also enjoy going out to Amish country in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

A couple of my have to haves when I pack to go away is the black Ranger archival ink pad and some stamps. A small journal is important too. The small Dylusions is one of my favorites. And pens and pencils, lots of them! 😍

Thanks for a great video and sharing your holiday with us. Sue

Yes! When we go on vacation, that shouldn’t mean we take a vacation from our time with God.

Vacations can be a great time to recharge our Bible study and prayer life.

Looks like you had a great trip, thanks for sharing! 🙂

I really enjoyed your vacation video.  Such beautiful scenery!  My ancestors were from Great Britain, and I would love to visit one of these days.  I purchased the same Windsor & Newton travel watercolor set with that cute little brush not long ago. I haven’t had an opportunity to use it yet, though. Did you get a chance to try yours out? Just wondering what you thought.  You inspired me to purchase a set of the Neocolor II Watercolor crayons, and I have had so much fun with them. LOVE them!  My travel bag always contains my Micron pens, a mechanical pencil, a pen style eraser, a kneaded eraser and AT LEAST one form of coloring medium. You’ve got me interested in that mini pen style eraser.  It looks great for erasing in the nooks and crannies. Thank you for the videos, Rebekah!  God bless you!
