Great video 🙂
I have my own set up, but it’s always nice to see what other travellers came up with 🙂
I love how you packed everything into separate bags to put inside. I think that really helps with organisation 🙂
what shoes do you use?
Hi Cat. I just seen your post on Homemade Wanderlust and came over to Subscribe. I’ve been Camping and Hiking for a lot of years, and am comfortable with my gear. But in my case I want to learn new tricks, HaHaHa even though I’m a ”Old Dog”. I intend to watch all, of your videos. It seems that you are new to YouTube and I enjoy seeing and hearing fresh new thoughts about our passion for the outdoors. I’m from Northeastern Pennsylvania, and have so much (what we would call) Endless Mountains that hiking is always a adventure. So I just wanted to touch base with you and say Hi, and I’ll see you again in your videos and maybe sometime, on the trail. Happy Hiking! John.
You make it look easy!

What kind of hatchet do you recommend? I was thinking Gerber but wanted to see what you thought. =)
nice video 🙂 but what about hygiene, like when you have to pee in the wild, your period, washing yourself etc.
Great vid thanks ! Rain jacket+pants or Poncho….??!!!
Great video. What about food?
Can you tell me the base weight? And i love how used and abused your stuff is.
What size stuff sack are you using for your clothes?
I’m watching all these videos wishing I’d have seen some of them earlier on. Fortunately (i guess) ive figured alot of this stuff out through trials. my own pack is very similar. i noticed them are HEB baby wipes, are you a texan as well?
